Surachet Hakpal, former deputy national police chief, who was set up as an investigative committee along with an "order to temporarily leave government service", with Pol. Gen. Kittirat Phanphet as the signatory in the Royal Thai Police Office orders 177/2567, 178/2567 dated 18 April 67, at which time he exercised his powers in his capacity as acting national police chief.
